Q. What procedures do you have in place to accommodate VIP travelers?

Q. What happens if I need to speak to an agent after business hours?
A. VWT has an emergency assistance center, operated by THOR 24, that is accessible via a dedicated toll-free number within North America, or by dialing a toll-free number from 70 countries. The agents at our emergency assistance center have access to your current and future itineraries, traveler preference profile, corporate travel policy and negotiated rate information.

Q. What services are provided for securing passports and visas?
A. VWT will assist any traveler in obtaining a passport or visa.

Q. What is your company's primary reservations system?
A. To meet all of our clients' reservation and information needs, we subscribe to both Sabre and Worldspan CRS systems. The reservations module of the CRS provides instant, live, last-seat availability information on the majority of carriers worldwide. Our agents are also able to view live seating charts for all domestic (U.S.) carriers, and many major foreign flagships. The agents also have advanced communications tools integrated into their reservations environment, which enables them to fax or e-mail itineraries, options and flight schedules.

Q. What type of on-line booking system do you offer and at what cost?
A. VWT has entered into a partnership agreement with Sabre and Worldspan to provide on-line reservations technology through Sabre Corporate.Res and Trip Manager, respectively. Both are internet-based travel reservation sites. These booking tools allow you to do the following:
View and price itineraries using negotiated fares
Reserve flights
Make car and hotel reservations
Modify reservations
Update key areas of traveler profiles
Travelers will be given choices based on corporate policy, incorporating negotiated fares, preferred vendors, flight requirements and others.

Q. Does VWT have Internet booking options for price comparison, booking and tracking, and at what cost?
A. VWT utilizes AgentWare - by Travel Console - a web fare search tool dedicated to enhancing the value provided by the travel agent. It enables us to quote, book, track and report on web bookings made via the Travel Console. It is an exceptional, managed on-line tool that competes with web fares.

Q. Describe your procedures for processing refunds, lost tickets and unused tickets?
A. If a ticket is returned to VWT within the original sales week, it is currently entered as a voided transaction on our ARC settlement report. This benefits you as it may afford you additional cost savings. Unused tickets or flight coupons must be returned to your VWT designated travel team for prompt refund processing.

Q. Does VWT offer corporate reports? What reports are provided on a monthly and quarterly basis?
A. Any type of report needed can be formulated and supplied. Valerie Wilson Travel will work with you to customize reports to match your needs.
