VWT Meetings and Incentives is a full-service meeting planning division of Valerie Wilson Travel. Since VWTs’ incorporation 28 years ago, our client base has expanded from a handfull of NYC based corporations to a large, diverse body of clients worldwide.

We organize and produce corporate business meetings, seminars, investigator meetings, training and management seminars, regional sales meetings, incentive trips and customer events. These meetings range in size from 5 to 3,000 attendees. The scope of our services varies according to the requirements and objectives of each individual client.
